This week recognises World Mental Health Day and here at Dowdales we are launching a fundraising campaign to renovate Dowdales School Memorial Garden.

Once renovated, this special space will serve as a quiet reflection area for our Year 11 students during their examination series to support their mental health.

The Dowdales School Memorial Garden remembers students we have lost and seems a very fitting and peaceful place for our Year 11 to have the space to ‘breath’ during their exams.

On Thursday 10th October our students and staff are invited to accessorise with yellow to show support for Mental Health Day. Donations made by Team Dowdales staff, students and parents will go directly to the Memorial Garden Renovation Fund.
