This week our Year 11 students took part in practice interviews, gaining invaluable experience as they prepare for their next steps beyond school.
We were delighted to welcome a wide range of local businesses, colleges and organisations who generously gave their time to interview our students, offer constructive feedback and share insight into different career pathways. The professionalism and confidence shown by our students was fantastic to see, and the experience has helped them develop key employability skills such as communication, presentation and interview technique.
