Our Year 7 relay teams produced an outstanding display at the Barrow Schools Track Relays, delivering one of the most dominant performances seen at the event in recent years.

Competing against schools from across the area, our athletes showed exceptional determination, teamwork and talent throughout the evening. The relay squads were fantastic from start to finish, with every runner giving maximum effort and supporting each other brilliantly.

The highlight of the event came in the relay races, where the teams achieved an incredible five victories from the six relays contested. Each race was won with confidence and composure, with our runners demonstrating excellent baton changes, speed and teamwork on the track.

Staff and spectators were hugely impressed by the standard of performance, with many commenting on the dominance shown across the relay events. The atmosphere throughout the evening was superb and the pupils represented the school with great pride, sportsmanship and enthusiasm.

A huge congratulations goes to all of the Year 7 athletes who took part. Their hard work, commitment and positive attitude were rewarded with a truly memorable set of results. Well done to everyone involved on a fantastic achievement.
