We were thrilled to welcome Year 5 pupils from local primary schools to Dowdales for an exciting Maths Puzzle Competition today!

 

Teams of enthusiastic young mathematicians worked together to solve a variety of challenging puzzles, testing their logic, problem-solving and teamwork skills. The event was filled with energy and creativity.

 

Well done to all the participants for their brilliant effort and enthusiasm – and congratulations to the winning team Askam Village School! 🏆 We were blown away by the mathematical brains of Year 5! 

 

It was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate a love of maths and build confidence in a fun, collaborative environment. We look forward to seeing these budding problem-solvers again soon!
