Year 8 and 9 students went on a four day trip to the Opal Coast in Northern France last week. They spent time in the Cité Europe shopping centre in Calais and on the beach at Wimereux, a lovely seaside resort near Boulogne-sur-Mer. They also made a stop at a World War One war graves

Year 9 student Mahiya represented Cumbria in the Northern Counties School’s Track and Field Championships at Gateshead International Stadium on Saturday. Mahiya came second in the 300m and has now qualified for the National Championships taking place in Birmingham next week! Well done and good luck Mahiya; we are so proud of you! #athletics #cumbria
